Sealed Bids will be received at the North Logan City (NLC) offices, located at 2076 N. 1200 E., North Logan, Utah 84341 until 12:00 pm (noon) on Friday, March 15, 2024. Any Bids received after the specified time will not be considered. Bids must be made in writing, signed by the bidder, and sealed. Bids may not be modified, withdrawn or canceled by the Bidder. NLC hereby reserves the right to cancel this Invitation to Bid at any time prior to Bid Opening, to reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularity or informality in a Bid not involving price, and to make award or to refuse to make award in the best interest of NLC.
Winning Bidder will have twenty (20) days from the date of Bid Opening to provide an escrow deposit of 2% of bid price and complete a Purchase Agreement with NLC, otherwise purchase opportunity will be forfeited. Complete payment, along with finalized Real Estate Documents, will be made within seven days of the City moving out of 2076 N 1200 E and into the new City Office building (anticipated to be by June 15, 2024).
Bids will be opened publicly and read at 4:00 pm on Monday, March 18, 2024 at the NLC offices.
