NORTH LOGAN CITY COUNCIL

- AGENDA for February 19, 2025 -

The North Logan City Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan City Office (2525 North 600 East), North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will also be available through a live stream at the following URL:

The agenda is as follows:

  1. Opening Business including:

    ● Review of Strategic Directives and Action Items

Current Action Items:

  1. 6:35pm Public hearing to receive public input on a proposed ordinance adopting a Wastewater Treatment Impact Fee and a resolution amending the Master Fee Schedule to adopt the associated Waste Water Treatment Impact Fee. The City Council may consider approval of the ordinance and resolution following the public hearing.
  2. Consider approval of the 2025 General Plan and City Center Master Plan.
  3. Consider authorizing the signing of consulting contracts with Downtown Redevelopment Services, LLC to draft the form-based code and design regulations for the City Center. Additionally, the consultant will coordinate with property owners and Land Development Firms to implement the City Center Designs.

  1. Draft FY2026 budget proposal for the Parks Department.
  2. Draft FY2026 budget proposal for the Cemetery Department.
  3. Draft FY2026 budget proposal for the Recreation Department.
  4. Updates regarding the North Logan City General Plan and City Center Masterplan.
  5. Updates regarding North Logan's water capital improvement projects.
  6. Updates on Civic Center.
  7. Reports from City officers, boards, and committees.

The North Logan City Council hereby announces a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 in the Council Room at the North Logan City Offices (2525 N 600 E, North Logan, UT).

6:35pm Public Hearing to receive public input on a proposed ordinance adopting a Wastewater Treatment Impact Fee and a resolution amending the Master Fee Schedule to adopt the associated Wastewater Treatment Impact Fee. The City Council may consider approval of the ordinance and resolution following the public hearing.
