PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING:

- March 20, 2025 -

The North Logan City Planning Commission hereby announces a public hearing to be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025 in the Council Chambers of the North Logan City Offices at 2525 North 600 East, North Logan, UT. A public hearing will be held for the following agenda item:

  1. 6:35 PM ZTA-2025-01 (2025 General Plan Implementation Amendments): Public Hearing regarding draft zoning text amendments intended to implement the goals and strategies outlined in the 2025 General Plan. Specifically, the Planning Commission seeks public input on the current draft amendments contained within NLMC Sections 12A (General Provisions) and 12B (Administration). No formal action will be taken by the Planning Commission following the Public Hearing. Multiple packets of proposed text amendments are anticipated to NLMC Section 12 (Land Use) over the next several months and ongoing public hearings will be held regarding the various amendment packets prior to any formal recommendation being made by the Planning Commission to the City Council.
